Snow time

We were all so excited after last night's snow fall and couldn't wait to get out and play in it.  Fortunately, it was a Sunday so the kids could play.  Unfortunately, Stevie was on call so he couldn't play.  Emmy, London and I went out before church for a little sledding down our street.  We live at the top of a really steep hill so the street seemed like our best option for sledding route!  It was so much fun, but after a few runs down that hill, and more importantly the hikes up the hill, I was pooped and ready for a rest!

That afternoon, after church, all the kids of the neighborhood were outside playing in the snow together.  How fun to see kids from 7 - 13 playing together having fun building snowmen, sledding, and having snowball fights.
